We are celebrating America's 250th Birthday... a day early! Join us on July 3rd 2026 down on the Historic 100 Block of West Broadway in Council Bluffs Iowa. 

DJ JPEG will be playing safe family friendly music in our kid zone while The Yachties with special guests Now & Forever will be holding it down on our main stage. 

• Free community event, no tickets needed!
• 3PM - 9PM Kid Zone with music by DJ JPEG, Soccer, Basketball, Games and More!
• 5PM - Music from Now & Forever
• 630PM - Music from The Yachties 
• 945PM - Drone Show! 

• Bring your own chairs and blankets!
• No tarps, No staking anything into the ground
• No tents, canopies, umbrellas, etc.
• No signs
• No personal drones
• No fireworks
• No glass bottles
• All items entering the space are subject to inspection
• Be nice, be courteous, pick-up your trash, have fun!

We have some great brick and mortar restaurants on the block like Barley's Bar & Grill, Napoli's Italian Restaurant, Caddy's Brunch Bar and The Pizza Counter. We will also have the following food and beverage vendors: Fancy Sips, Turner's Tube Steaks, Boxer BBQ, Spirit of the Faire, Frankie's Funnel Cakes & Shaved Ice, Maggies Twists and Swirls, and Bailey & Coopers.

• Information Booth & First Aid will be located at 2nd & Broadway under a bright Red tent
• ATM – they are located within many of the restaurants and bars on the 100 Block

City Parking lot behind the 100 Block off N 1st Street and Vine

Community of Christ Church 140 W Kanesville Blvd, 

Broadway United Methodist Church, E Pierce Street at Stutsman Street

Heartland Properties Garage at 6th and W Broadway
